reference to al khzaima promotion letter which grant me the position as superintendent , i would like to pay me appreciations and wish you best wishes, greate succes and better prospects, but due to my health conditions as i recently made a surgery in my back , i may not be very helpfull because i cannot keeping watching you for long time, but with greate honour i will do my best to give more help and advice.
